Meet The Chef
Born in Cagliari, Sardinia, in the Italian Island in the middle of mediterranean sea, Dario Corrias inherited his grandmother Aurelia and his mother Marina’s love and passion for cooking. After studying and learning his culinary skills at the I.P.S.A.R in Alghero catering college,. at the age of 36 Dario moved to Cambridge, England.
